Welcome to SLiK

Sustainable Living in Kingborough was established in July 2010 to meet the needs of residents living in the
Kingborough municipality. In 2017, SLiK was named the Kingborough Council Community Group of the Year for their contributions.

We are keen to support your ideas on how to live simply and sustainably. Our members have interest areas in

growing food, sharing resources, reducing waste, meeting socially to share ideas, becoming more energy efficient, cleaning up and caring for our local environment and looking for sustainable transport options.

SLiK was responsible for the inception of the Love Living Locally event in Kingston. We regularly put on events and workshops.  See our event page for other events.
